As the 2023 Bobby Lane Cup concludes, we are thrilled to reflect on this exceptional event, dedicated to fostering a passion for fishing among youth and providing educational support.

Educational Pursuits & Angling Passion

This year, the Bobby Lane Cup proudly awarded 28 scholarships of $2,000 each and 5 additional $1,000 awards to honor friends of the BLC who have passed away. These scholarships are a testament to the event’s commitment to intertwining the love for bass fishing with academic success.

Artwork for the Ages

Special gratitude is due to Team Star brite member and artist, Derek Redwine, for donating his time and talent to create a unique painting for the Bobby Lane Cup. The auction of this artwork will fund additional scholarships for next year, continuing the cycle of support and opportunity for young anglers.
